Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition (minimum 2 years in recruiting Software Development profiles)
  • Good understanding of IT local market
  • Solid history of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Attention to detail with exceptional analytical and process management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Continuous-improvement mindset

Responsabilitati

  • Recruiting top talent and achieve hiring goals
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Acting as a point of contact and engage candidates during the selection process
  • Analyzing the resumes received from applicants and coordinating the preliminary selection
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers 
  • Identifying new tools and manners of finding candidates in the market
